Organized as part of the Pre-Conference Day of the FIAT/IFTA World Conference, the FRAME Expert 2025 workshop will address a key issue for audiovisual heritage professionals: how should training evolve to support the sector’s professions in a constantly changing world ?
Through discussions, experience sharing, and testimonials from former FRAME participants, this half-day workshop will offer a collective reflection on the new expectations of professionals, emerging skills, and the pedagogical adaptations needed to meet the technological, environmental, and cultural challenges faced by institutions.
It will also be an opportunity to revisit the evolution of the FRAME program itself, as a laboratory for pedagogical innovation and a platform for international cooperation.
